Are you the lady who keeps track of her fitness progress and likes to try-out the latest fitness trends? You are then sure to be a fitness tracker aficionado! Here are some of FabFit’s favorite fitness-wearables for women that may not be as popular as Apple’s flagship product, but are sure to blow your mind!
Tom Tom Spark 3 Fitness Tracker
Starting with the geeky fitness tracker first; the Spark 3 is an example of a sports watch, for those who take their workout seriously. It has GPS tracking, a reliable heart rate monitor. It has space for music that you can enjoy while exercising. The watch also has a Route Exploration feature and a bunch of different exercise modes, including bike, gym, swim, and treadmill functions. It is also compatible with several running apps.
The watch also comes with two different strap sizes, several strap colors, and two different body colours. Do note that it is a little thicker than most of our other suggestions so it will sit higher up your wrist. For all that it offers, the watch is very reasonably priced. Do check it out!
Fitbit Alta HR
This product is arguably Fitbit’s most stylish fitness tracker that maintains reliability and is great for fit girls who do moderate exercise regularly. It takes all of the original Fitbit’s features, from calorie counting to step and distance tracking, and makes them better and customizable. It lets you set small hourly micro-goals and is even more convenient thanks to the Fitbit app, which provides lots of motivation and useful functions.
The Fitbit Alta HR is a vast improvement over the previous iteration of this product, simply called the Fitbit Alta, and now has features like heart rate tracking and hourly reminders to squeeze a little movement into your schedule.
Smart rings are certainly not new to the market by a long shot, but the Motiv is likely one of the best for any girl working on weight loss or just trying to keep fit. It’s one of the few wearables that you can easily wear all day long.
The 8mm wide titanium finished ring fits easily over your finger, with seven different sizes to choose from, and is waterproof for up to 50 meters, so you can swim with it on. As the day goes on, the ring collects your heart rate and pulse data and can provide you with records and insights based on the information it collects. It also does everything a basic fitness tracker does: it monitors distance, steps, and amount of time spent active.
Garmin Forerunner 630 Fitness Tracker
This watch is the best of the best and is a great choice for anyone who is very serious about exercise, running, and tracking fitness. It is packed with tons of features, including GPS tracking, basic fitness statistic tracking, stride length and vertical ratio, and tons of running tools and programs. The watch can even give you advice about the best amount of recovery time, and its connecting application and website have wonderful features as well. The watch is also 5ATM waterproof and is pretty lightweight.
Of course, all these features come at a price, and the Forerunner 630 is the most expensive watch on our list. It is also less fashionable than the other options, but it is certainly the least bulky of the specialized running watches in the market. For a fitness enthusiast who runs all the time and wants to make their workouts more effective, this is an investment that is worth it.
