In India, there is some festival or the other around the corner. That’s why you should eat at home before visiting the host for a festive dinner. Try and eat slowly, and opt for smaller portions or smaller plates. Opting salads and raw food over processed food, is a no brainer. Everyone’s limits and goals are different.
