College days or the teen years are when we like experimenting the most !
We all want to look our best when we step into college and especially when it is after about a month’s break, everyone’s curious to notice the changes–thinner body, new hair colour, thicker eyebrows or more. Even as the visible changes are a hit with everyone, there are certain basic rules that we can never afford to go wrong with. Here’s a quick recap of all those things you need to keep in mind if you’d like yourself to keep groomed and looking charming always !
We want to put our best foot forward when we step out, especially in the youthful years. Therefore, Fabfit recommends a light makeup with a BB or CC cream, a nude or mildly tinted gloss, good deodorant and a dab of mascara will do. Little did bits ready in your bag can make you look fresh, clean and tidy. Keeping it simple is the key, so, do not over do it with eye shadows or loud accessories. Also, do not forget to apply sunscreen to keep at bay the scorching July sun.
In order to maintain good grooming outside, you have to be upbeat inside and this happens when you we eat right, sleep well and exercise. Although college days are the days when late night calls or junk food in the canteen or parties and excessive drinking takes place. Basically, we abuse our body to the maximum during these years. If you are looking to create a healthy outlook, it is suggested that you must eat well and sleep properly, and exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. Crossing the lines sometimes is under acceptable terms, but do not make it a habit.
An inevitable step when we speak of grooming is personal hygiene. Irrespective of the fact that you apply deodorants or makeup, you cannot look fresh and upbeat till the time you are not clean inside. Never skip a shower, until and unless is it impossible. Get your nails filed and manicured with a light nail paint and always shave your legs when you wear shorts or skirts. Wash your hair and keep it oil free and the hair-do simple (until you are going to burning man or Coachella). Visit a dentist in every three months and brush your teeth everyday and night, if possible.
Other small tips
Keep a mouth freshener in the bag and a small travel size deodorant. Moisture your skin daily and do not let chappy lips or scaly skin stay even a single day. Wear clean and fresh clothes and more importantly stay happy & keep that smile intact.
